This article explains the documents required to enrol in the Hexallt Netherlands Nursing Preparation Pathway.
These documents are collected for initial profile review, eligibility assessment and preparation.
They are not the complete documents required for the later VIG recognition application with CIBG/BIG-register.
When the formal recognition process begins, additional documents and specific certification requirements apply.

Please provide clear copies of:
Valid passport
Aadhaar card
Passport-size photograph
10th certificate
12th certificate
Nursing Qualification Certificate
Academic transcript
Semester/year mark sheets
Nursing Council registration certificate
Experience certificate(s)
Updated CV/resume
If available, candidates may also provide:
Driving licence
BLS / ACLS certificates
Specialty or professional-training certificates
Additional academic qualifications
For enrolment into the preparation pathway, clear scanned copies are generally sufficient unless Hexallt specifically asks for another format.
Candidates do not need to independently notarise or certify all documents at this stage.
When the formal VIG recognition application begins, some documents must meet specific CIBG requirements regarding:
certified copies;
who is permitted to certify each document;
Nursing Council documents such as CCPS;
Dutch B1 language evidence;
academic curriculum and transcript requirements;
official application and authorisation forms.
Candidates should follow the document-specific instructions provided for that stage.

Submitting documents for enrolment does not mean that the formal VIG recognition application has started.
Hexallt will review the candidate's documents and guide the preparation of the formal recognition dossier when the applicable stage is reached.
