Payment and Refund Policy for Netherlands Nursing Pathway

Payment and Refund Policy for Netherlands Pathway

Context

This article explains how payments are handled across different stages of the Netherlands pathway, and how refund requests are considered. It is designed to provide clarity before candidates begin the process.

1. Stage-Based Payment Structure

The pathway follows a stage-based payment model.

Each payment is linked to:

  • a specific stage
  • defined services and support

Payments provide access to that stage and its associated activities.

2. Initial Assessment (VIRA)

  • Fee: ₹5,499

This stage includes evaluation and structured feedback.

Refund Policy:

  • once the assessment is completed, the fee is non-refundable

3. Language Training (Band-Based)

Training is paid band by band.

Refund Policy:

  • before a band begins → refundable
  • after a band begins → non-refundable

This applies to all levels (A1, A2, B1).

4. Registration Fee

  • Fee: ₹25,000

Covers:

  • document preparation setup
  • initiation of IDW and Certificate of Competence processes. [The first step of Big Registration]

  • before process initiation → may be considered
  • after process initiation → non-refundable

  • entry into interview opportunities
  • support across interview cycles

7. Stage 3: Transition & Integration Support

  • Fee: ₹50,000

This stage is provided after offer acceptance.

Refund Policy:

  • once this stage begins → non-refundable

8. General Conditions

  • payments are linked to stage access, not final outcomes
  • services are delivered progressively across stages
  • refunds are not based on interview outcomes or selection decisions
  • external costs (IDW, BIG, visa, etc.) are non-refundable and governed by respective authorities

9. Exceptions

Refunds, if any, may be considered only in cases where:

  • a stage has not yet started
  • no services related to that stage have been delivered

All such requests are reviewed individually.

10. Clarifications

  • the pathway is a structured preparation system
  • payments are for training and support, not employment outcomes
  • progression depends on performance and external processes

Closing

The payment structure is designed to allow step-by-step progression, with clarity at each stage. The refund policy follows the same structure, ensuring fairness while maintaining process integrity.
