Context

The Netherlands Nursing Pathway is structured so that candidates do not pay one large amount for the entire pathway at the beginning.

Different services are provided at different stages of progression.

The overall candidate journey may include:

• VIARA assessment;

• Dutch-language training;

• Hexallt Abroad professional services;

• professional-recognition procedures;

• documentation and certification requirements;

• immigration-related processes; and

• travel or relocation.

These are not one bundled service.

For clarity, Hexallt-controlled costs should be understood in three separate categories:

1. VIARA assessment

2. Dutch-language training through Hexallt Language Academy

3. Hexallt Abroad professional services

External third-party costs are separate unless specifically stated otherwise.

Dutch-language examination fees are not included in the cost calculations on this page.

1. VIARA Assessment

Candidates normally begin with VIARA — Vocational Integration and Role Adaptability Assessment.

VIARA is used to assess areas such as:

• professional adaptability;

• communication approach;

• learning adaptability;

• cultural and workplace readiness;

• motivation; and

• resilience.

Its purpose is to help determine whether the Netherlands pathway appears reasonably aligned with the candidate before substantial time and financial commitment is made.

VIARA Fee: ₹12,937.50

VIARA is a separate assessment service.

Payment for VIARA is not a payment toward Dutch-language training or Hexallt Abroad professional services.

2. Dutch-Language Training

Dutch-language training is supplied separately through Hexallt Language Academy.

Training progresses through:

A1 → A2 → B1

Fees are paid progressively as the learner advances through the applicable bands.

Dutch-language examination fees are separate and are not included in the figures below.

2.1 Dutch A1

A1 is divided into three bands.

After completing A1 Band 1, candidates who decide to continue may separately begin the first Hexallt Abroad professional service.

There is no separate general pathway-registration fee under the current professional-service structure.

3. Service 1 — VIG Recognition Preparation & Coordination

After A1 Band 1, a candidate who elects to continue may commission:

Service 1 — VIG Recognition Preparation & Coordination

Base Fee

₹32,999

This service may include:

• professional-pathway onboarding;

• identification of the applicable VIG recognition route;

• candidate-specific document-gap analysis;

• document and certification planning;

• authorisation setup where applicable;

• VIG dossier preparation;

• pre-submission completeness coordination where available;

• authorised submission and correspondence coordination within the permitted scope; and

• routine case support through the normal VIG decision or closure point.

The candidate remains the applicant.

Professional-recognition decisions remain with CIBG and the competent Dutch authorities.

4. Dutch A2

The candidate continues language training while VIG preparation and recognition work progress.

A2 is divided into four bands.

Total A2 Training Fee: ₹75,000

Fees are paid progressively according to the applicable band structure.

5. Service 2 — RN Recognition Dossier & Progression Coordination

The standard commissioning point for Service 2 — RN Recognition Dossier & Progression Coordination is after completion of B1 Band 1, when the candidate elects to proceed and substantive RN-specific work is ready to begin.

For accelerated or full-time learners, the service may be commissioned earlier where Hexallt Abroad confirms sufficient language progression, documentation readiness and the need to commence RN-specific work. Any earlier commissioning shall be individually confirmed before payment:

Service 2 — RN Recognition Dossier & Progression Coordination

Base Fee

₹32,999

This service may include:

• RN-specific document-gap analysis;

• nursing diploma review;

• transcript and subject-overview review;

• detailed curriculum planning;

• Professional Competencies Appendix guidance;

• professional-authority evidence planning;

• certification planning;

• RN dossier organisation;

• RN application preparation and coordination; and

• progression support until the case reaches the professional-assessment stage.

Registered Nurse recognition is separate from VIG recognition.

Where the candidate's documentation and applicable requirements permit, the two processes may progress in parallel.

6. Dutch B1

The candidate continues Dutch-language development toward B1.

B1 is divided into five bands.

Total B1 Training Fee

₹1,05,000

Fees are paid progressively according to the applicable band structure.

Language-course fees remain separate from Hexallt Abroad professional-service fees.

Dutch examination fees are not included in this amount.

7. Service 3A — B1 Assessment Coordination

When the candidate becomes B1-ready, the candidate may commission:

₹16,500

This service may include:

• candidate-specific assessment-pathway guidance;

• assessment-readiness coordination;

• documentation guidance;

• booking-process guidance where applicable;

• candidate-facing preparation for the assessment process; and

• result and progression handover.

This is a coordination and readiness service.

The Dutch examination itself is provided independently by the applicable examination provider.

Dutch examination fees are not included in this article or in the pathway totals shown below.

8. Service 3B — Employer Readiness & Interview Preparation

After the candidate obtains the required B1 clearance, the candidate may commission:

Base Fee

₹16,500

This service may include:

• CV and professional-profile preparation;

• professional self-introduction preparation;

• mock interviews;

• interview coaching;

• structured feedback;

• healthcare and workplace scenarios;

• professional-communication preparation;

• employer-interview-cycle preparation within the confirmed scope; and

• employer-search and application guidance, including identifying suitable employers and vacancies, preparing applications, and guiding candidates in approaching prospective employers.

Important

This is a professional-readiness service.

The fee is not payment for:

• employment;

• a guaranteed interview;

• a particular employer;

• employer selection;

• a particular salary; or

• an employment contract.

Employers independently make hiring and employment decisions.

9. Service 4 — Visa & Travel Coordination

If the candidate receives an employment offer and reaches the relocation stage, the candidate may commission:

This service may include:

• offer and relocation-process clarification;

• candidate-specific action planning;

• document-readiness guidance;

• review of relevant official immigration information;

• appointment-process guidance where permitted;

• travel-readiness preparation;

• arrival preparation; and

• workplace-entry readiness.

Not Included Unless Specifically Confirmed

This fee does not automatically include:

• government or immigration charges;

• airfare;

• accommodation;

• local transport;

• legal representation; or

• employer relocation expenses.

Where an employer provides sponsorship, accommodation, travel or other benefits, the actual employer offer determines what is included.

10. Service 5 — BI/BIG Progression Coordination

Where the candidate's RN recognition case reaches the applicable professional-assessment or BIG-registration stage, the candidate may commission:

₹12,500

This service may include:

• BI invitation and action planning;

• procedural guidance;

• examination-instruction clarification;

• post-assessment correspondence support;

• explanation of additional measures where applicable;

• progression support toward the recognition outcome;

• BIG-registration preparation;

• supervision-related guidance where applicable; and

• final progression handover.

Not Included Unless Specifically Confirmed

Separate third-party or authority costs may arise for:

• professional assessments;

• BIG registration;

• additional education;

• remedial training;

• clinical training;

• travel;

• accommodation;

• supervised-employment arrangements;

• appeals; or

• new applications.

11. Hexallt Abroad Professional-Service Fee Summary

For accelerated or full-time learners, Service 2 may be commissioned earlier where Hexallt Abroad confirms sufficient language progression, documentation readiness and the need to commence RN-specific work, as explained in Section 5.

Maximum Professional-Service Base Total

If every professional service listed above is eventually purchased:

This amount is not payable upfront.

Each professional service is purchased only when the relevant progression point is reached and the candidate elects to continue.

Payment for one professional service does not automatically purchase a later service.

12. Language-Training Fee Summary

₹2,29,000

Language training is supplied separately through Hexallt Language Academy.

Dutch examination fees are not included in this amount.

13. Current Hexallt-Controlled Cost Summary

The following figures show the current costs directly associated with Hexallt services.

Combined Current Base Amount

₹3,65,935.50

This figure represents the current combined base amount if the candidate:

• completes VIARA;

• completes the full A1–B1 language programme; and

• eventually purchases all listed Hexallt Abroad professional services.

It is not payable upfront.

It does not include:

• applicable taxes where applicable;

• payment-processing charges where applicable;

• Dutch examination fees;

• authority charges;

• document-issue costs;

• certification or translation costs;

• immigration charges;

• travel;

• accommodation; or

• other independent third-party expenses.

14. External and Third-Party Costs

Some costs arise outside Hexallt and depend on the individual candidate's circumstances.

These may include:

• document-issue charges;

• university or Nursing Council charges;

• certification costs;

• translation costs;

• courier charges;

• professional-authority fees;

• professional-assessment fees;

• BIG-registration charges;

• immigration or government charges;

• travel;

• accommodation; and

• additional education or practical training where required.

These costs are charged by independent organisations and are governed by their own rules and pricing.

They are not automatically included in Hexallt fees.

Dutch Examination Fees

Dutch-language examination fees are intentionally excluded from this cost article.

The examination provider, applicable examination route and prevailing fee may vary.

Candidates are informed of the applicable examination process and external payment requirements at the relevant stage.

15. IDW / Diploma Evaluation

Candidates should not automatically obtain an IDW diploma valuation simply because they are entering the Netherlands nursing pathway.

Where an additional diploma evaluation is required for an individual recognition case, the candidate should follow the instruction of the competent Dutch authority.

Candidates should therefore avoid purchasing an external evaluation unnecessarily before it has been requested or identified as required for their case.

17. What Candidates Are Paying For

Hexallt Abroad does not charge candidates for employment.

Professional-service fees are consideration for defined services such as:

• professional-recognition preparation;

• documentation work;

• authorised coordination;

• assessment coordination;

• professional readiness;

• interview preparation;

• candidate-side relocation coordination; and

• professional-progression support.

Payments do not purchase or guarantee:

• employment;

• an employer interview;

• professional recognition;

• examination success;

• employer selection;

• a particular salary;

• a visa;

• immigration approval;

• BIG registration; or

• relocation.

Employers, professional authorities, examination providers and government authorities make their own independent decisions.

18. Before Each Professional-Service Payment

Before purchasing a Hexallt Abroad professional service, the candidate should review the applicable service scope, payment milestone and fee structure specified in the signed Professional Services Agreement.

For each professional-service purchase, Hexallt Abroad shall provide an invoice or payment record identifying the service purchased, applicable base fee, taxes, payment-processing charges where applicable, and the total amount payable.

Any agreed changes to the standard service scope, fees or payment conditions shall be documented in writing.

Each subsequent professional service is commissioned separately. Purchasing an earlier service does not automatically require the candidate to purchase any later service.
