Total Cost Breakdown for Netherlands Pathway

Total Cost Breakdown for Netherlands Pathway

Context

The Netherlands Nursing Pathway follows a stage-based payment structure.

Candidates pay only for the learning or professional-support stage they are entering. The complete pathway fee is not payable upfront.

AlertImportant: All Hexallt fees shown below are base service fees. Applicable GST/taxes and payment-processing charges are additional unless expressly stated otherwise.

External examination, regulatory, documentation, travel and immigration-related expenses are also separate where applicable.

The professional-recognition order within the pathway is:

Info
VIG recognition process initiated first → RN recognition process begins after A2 → VIG and RN processes may then progress in parallel → BI/CBGV → Certificate of Competence → BIG registration

1. Initial Assessment — VIARA

The pathway begins with the VIARA assessment.

Fee: ₹12,937.50

VIARA evaluates areas relevant to pathway suitability, including:

  • professional adaptability;

  • communication approach;

  • learning readiness;

  • cultural adjustment;

  • response to workplace situations;

  • motivation and consistency.

The assessment takes place before the candidate makes the longer-term commitment required for the complete pathway.

2. Dutch A1 — Band 1

Fee: ₹15,000

Band 1 is the initial language-exposure stage.

It allows the candidate to experience:

  • the Hexallt learning method;

  • Guided Practice;

  • pronunciation and listening development;

  • expected learning pace;

  • the consistency required for continued Dutch training.

After completing A1 Band 1, the candidate decides whether to continue into the complete Netherlands Nursing Pathway.

3. Formal Pathway Registration & VIG Recognition Process

Candidates who decide to continue after A1 Band 1 formally register for the complete pathway.

At the same point, Hexallt begins candidate-specific work for the Verzorgende IG recognition process.

Fee: ₹25,000

This is the first professional-recognition service stage.

Support can include:

  • formal pathway registration and onboarding;

  • VIG authorisation setup where applicable;

  • creation and organisation of the VIG dossier;

  • review of applicable identity, qualification and professional documents;

  • identification of missing documentation;

  • certification guidance;

  • preparation of the applicable VIG recognition documentation;

  • coordination with CIBG where applicable;

  • document-completeness and pre-submission coordination where applicable;

  • continued support as the VIG recognition process progresses.

VIG preparation begins while Dutch-language training continues.

Where final submission requires B1 evidence or another outstanding document, the dossier is progressed until that requirement becomes available.

4. Dutch A1 — Band 2

Fee: ₹19,000

Band 2 continues development of:

  • usable vocabulary and sentence patterns;

  • listening recognition;

  • basic sentence formation;

  • practical communication.

Payment is made before Band 2 begins.

5. Dutch A1 — Band 3

Fee: ₹15,000

Band 3 completes the A1 stage and strengthens:

  • basic communication;

  • listening and response ability;

  • practical language use;

  • readiness for progression into A2.

Payment is made before Band 3 begins.

Total A1 Language Fee: ₹49,000

consisting of:

  • Band 1 — ₹15,000

  • Band 2 — ₹19,000

  • Band 3 — ₹15,000

6. Dutch A2

A2 is divided into four bands.

Total A2 Fee: ₹75,000

The payment structure remains band-based:

A2 — Band 1: Payable before Band 1 begins.

A2 — Band 2: Payable before Band 2 begins.

A2 — Band 3: Payable before Band 3 begins.

A2 — Band 4: Payable before Band 4 begins.

The existing payment schedule defines ₹75,000 as the total A2 fee across four bands, with each band paid before commencement. It does not currently specify a separate published rupee amount for each individual A2 band.

A2 develops greater independence in:

  • comprehension;

  • sentence development;

  • practical communication;

  • listening;

  • response accuracy and consistency.

7. RN Recognition Dossier and Application Coordination

After the VIG recognition process has already been initiated and the candidate completes the A2 stage, Hexallt begins the separate Registered Nurse recognition process.

This placement reflects the Hexallt service and payment sequence. It does not mean that VIG recognition must be completed before the RN recognition process can progress.

This stage is placed after A2 Band 4 and before B1 Band 1.

Fee: ₹25,000

Support can include:

  • review of RN-recognition requirements;

  • nursing diploma and academic-document review;

  • transcript review;

  • detailed curriculum or training-programme guidance;

  • Professional Competencies Appendix guidance;

  • professional-authority and professional-status documentation guidance;

  • applicable English-reading evidence review;

  • certification planning;

  • RN dossier organisation;

  • application preparation;

  • application coordination;

  • support with CIBG correspondence;

  • progression support toward the professional-assessment stage.

This is a separate process from VIG recognition and carries its own documentation and application-coordination requirements.

8. Dutch B1

B1 is divided into five bands.

Total B1 Fee: ₹1,05,000

The payment structure remains band-based:

B1 — Band 1: Payable before Band 1 begins.

B1 — Band 2: Payable before Band 2 begins.

B1 — Band 3: Payable before Band 3 begins.

B1 — Band 4: Payable before Band 4 begins.

B1 — Band 5: Payable before Band 5 begins.

The existing payment schedule defines ₹1,05,000 as the total B1 fee across five bands, with each band paid before commencement. It does not currently specify a separate published rupee amount for each individual B1 band.

B1 develops the language ability required for:

  • professional communication;

  • employer interviews;

  • workplace interaction;

  • professional progression in the Netherlands.

How Dutch Language Training Is Structured — A1 to B1

9. B1 Certification & Employer Interview Preparation

After the candidate reaches the B1 certification and employer-readiness stage, the next professional-support service begins.

Fee: ₹25,000

Support can include:

  • B1 examination-readiness preparation;

  • language-readiness review;

The language-training fee covers the learning programme. This service covers certification readiness and employer preparation.

Any examination fee charged by the external examination provider remains separate unless expressly included in writing.

How Interview Preparation and Selection Works

10. Employer Selection

Suitable candidates may then proceed to employer interviews and selection.

Employers independently determine:

  • interview selection;

  • employment selection;

  • offered role;

  • salary;

  • contracted hours;

  • benefits;

  • employment conditions.

Hexallt's service fees are for preparation, coordination and support and are not payments for employment.

This service begins after the candidate accepts an employment offer.

Fee: ₹25,000

Support can include:

  • transition/action checklist;
  • immigration-process navigation;
  • official embassy/consular/VAC information review;
  • practical appointment-location identification;
  • review of officially available appointment dates;

  • appointment/document readiness;
  • one transition-planning session;
  • one final pre-departure/pre-start review;
  • Day 7 / Day 30 / Day 60 professional-transition check-ins.

The employer normally leads the actual:

  • employment process;

  • residence and work-permit process;

  • onboarding;

  • employer-specific relocation arrangements.

Depending on the employment offer, the employer may also provide or contribute toward travel, accommodation, relocation, local transport or other benefits.

These arrangements should be confirmed through the written employment offer.

It is therefore not treated as an automatic expense for every candidate.

Nursing BI Test

Current nursing BI-test fee: €400

BIG-register — Professional Tests

BIG Registration

Current BIG-registration fee: €85
